Use Redsn0w 0.9.15b1 to Jailbreak iOS 6 Tethered With Cydia
iPhone Dev Team has released an update to Redsn0w which acquired the native support for the newest version of the Apple operating system Apple. Redsn0w 0.9.15b1 not only jailbreaks iOS 6 devices on the chip A4, but also makes the automatic installation of Cydia. In addition, the tool allows you to downgrade from iOS 6 for iOS 5, however, it doesn’t allow you to downgrade iOS 6 baseband but this is another story
Redsn0w 0.9.15b1 was specially designed to jailbreak iOS 6 only on devices with A4 processors including iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod touch 4G. The other models like A5 (iPhone 4S, iPad 2), A5X (iPad 3) and A6 (iPhone 5) is not compatible with any of the public-jailbreak exploits. This version also adds the ability to hactivate and preserve baseband for iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.
Unlike the previous version, Redsn0w 0.9.15b1 does not require a separate download and select the IPSW file. The program automatically detects installed iOS version on the device and download the files. In addition, during the jailbreak Cydia is installing automatically eliminating the need to run the Terminal and execute additional commands.
