iPhone 5 Prices: What Does It Cost Customers?
Hooray! All the rumors about the iPhone 5 release are finally behind, and Apple has introduced its new product to the whole world. We are sure that there are a lot of people who can’t wait till September 14th, as this is the date when you are able to pre-order your iPhone 5 running iOS 6 firmware.
What will the new device cost you? We are here to talk about iPhone 5 pricing so that you know how much money you’re required to pay for the next-gen toy from the Cupertino-based tech company.
iPhone 5 Pricing
The official presentation of the new smartphone was held on September 12th, and the iPhone 5 release date is planned on September 21st. Just like with previous models, the iPhone 5 prices will stay the same even though this gadget will be available with a better camera, 4 inch display and LTE support.
Personally I love the pricing policy Apple is addicted to. You can get the iPhone 5 16GB for $199, 32GB model for $299 and 64GB device for $399.
Each device gets a 2 year contract from U.S. carriers, including Spring, AT&T and Verizon. The iPhone 5 prices out of contract will not be so low. They will most likely range from $500 to $600 for a unit.
Previous iPhone Models Costs
Those who wish to buy iPhone 4S and not spend money on the new sixth-generation model, will be lucky to get this device for as low as $99. Yes, Apple has reduced the cost on its previous gadgets and now offers iPhone 4S for free to customers who wish to get a contract from one of the American mobile operators.
Isn’t this a great offer? It doesn’t happen every day that you are able to get an iPhone 4S for free. So which model will you choose? Will it be the new-gen smartphone or the previous unit 4S?
