iPhone 4S Price Drop: Chance to Buy a Cheap iPhone
The latest iPhone 4S price drop can amaze those users who didn’t have a chance to get it in 2012 because of its high price. It seems that now, as Apple is about to release new iPhone 5, people are given a chance to buy a cheap iPhone 4S with even nicer discount of its original price that it used to be in July (check out those prices here).
Some experts believe that Apple starts to cut down the iPhone 4S price because Sprint already offers this new device under contract with $50 off its retail price. How much Apple stores are eager to take off their smartphone’s cost?
New Cheap Price on iPhone 4S
You might know that Sprint takes $86 off the model 4S. With $50 discount customers are also offered a waived $36 activation fee. Other carriers and retailers also think about new costs on these popular gadgets.
Apple seems to keep its on-contract prices for the iPhone 4S offering a 16GB model for $199, 32GB device for $299 and 64GB gadget for $399. However, according to screenshots found on the web (they supposedly show internal system of Apple), the company might start offering consumers iPhone 4S price drop on all the models: a 16GB model for $149.99, 32GB model for $249.99 and 64GB model for $349.99.
At the same time, the iPhone 4 is offered by Apple for $99 while its price is also rumored to fall down by $49.01.
When the Price Drop Stars?
Sources say that the new discounted prices will show up only in retail stores. Customers who enjoy online shopping won’t be able to buy iOS smartphones with a discount.
If you live in the USA, you can start looking for the new costs at Apple’s store. Maybe the price matching policy will make the Cupertino-based tech giant cut down its online costs as well. We’ll see if this happens any time soon.
